- Chase Taylor Added 2018-04-04★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I sent my laptop in to have an LCD cable replaced and I was told it would take 2 weeks, it took over a month. When I got my laptop back I had a bunch of dead pixels on my screen that weren't there before. I tried to get Staples to fix that under the 30 day warranty they told me they couldn't order the screen and didn't fix it. All they did was refund me the cost of the cable and installation.
So I got a LCD cable with installation free and that apparently makes up for a $450 4k screen with a bunch of dead pixels that they wont do anything about. Don't Bring your electronics in to get fixed unless you want it to be late and have more problems that they wont fix under there own warranty.
